All transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), acting as Merchant of Record. In this capacity, Lemon Squeezy:

• Processes all payments on behalf of the seller
• Issues invoices and receipts
• Calculates, collects, and remits all applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, GST) based on your location
• Handles refund processing

TypeVox is offered in two tiers:

• Free tier: all features unlocked, limited to 400 words per day. No payment or account required.
• Pro Lifetime License: one-time payment of $39 USD. Includes unlimited dictation, all features, all AI models, and every future update. Valid on up to 2 machines per license key (1 Mac + 1 iPhone, or 2 Macs).

Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated and added by Lemon Squeezy at checkout based on your country of residence. The final price including taxes is displayed before payment confirmation.

The license key is a digital product delivered by email immediately after purchase. This key is entered in the TypeVox application to unlock the Pro tier. No physical product is shipped.

EU right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately upon purchase, Article L221-28, 13° of the Consumer Code provides that the right of withdrawal may be waived if the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of this right before delivery. Regardless, the 30-day money-back guarantee offered by TypeVox exceeds this statutory right.

Refund process

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

TypeVox requires:

• macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later
• Apple Silicon Mac (M1 chip or newer)

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase. The free tier allows full testing of all features prior to buying.

The Pro Lifetime License includes all future updates to TypeVox at no additional cost. Support is available at [email protected].

TypeVox is provided "as is." Alexis Pereira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

Purchase-related data (email, payment information) is processed by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their privacy policy. TypeVox (the application) does not collect any personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. For EU consumers, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply where they offer greater protection.

In the event of a dispute, you may:

• Use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform
• Refer the matter to a consumer mediation service in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code

Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the competent French courts, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
